Job Purpose
The Brand Advisor - Data Analytics & Consumer Insights position oversees the brand intelligence function powered by data. This involves creating the analytics roadmap, coordinating integrated insights across various channels and offering actionable recommendations to enhance marketing strategy, customer experience and campaign optimization. The role acts as a strategic engine for the Marketing and CX teams, converting intricate data into valuable, future-focused decisions.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop annual communication plan in support of specific value proposition levers
  • Manage company Digital marketing and social media platforms, programs and activations
  • Reporting of campaign effectiveness, KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives to Management
  • Staying abreast with latest digital and social media development and innovating company’s digital and social media platforms
  • Manage ongoing alignment between Marketing Brand, Agencies and Client/Stakeholders
  • Monitor program execution by Agency on behalf of Clients for specific projects
  • Oversee social listening initiatives to monitor brand sentiment, identify trends, flag potential issues and generate actionable insights for campaign optimization.
  • Ensure program development is shared at milestone points throughout implementation
  • Ensure clear and timely communication to all stakeholders prior to implementation
  • Interface with procurement, plus other function as needed, to execute effective digital and social media programs and review/resolve related operational issues
  • Execute controls as per control catalogues / procedures
  • Execute contract agreement as per needs
Education & Experience
  • Degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing or Professional Marketing Qualification.
  • 5-10 years’ experience in marketing media platform management and performance analysis.
  • Possess strong communication, coordination and presentation skills.
  • Flair for written and spoken English
