We are looking for a commercially driven Commercial Brand Advisor to deliver impactful marketing campaigns for Petron Engine Oil and LPG, translating brand strategy into strong on‑ground execution across service stations and workshops. This role focuses on hands‑on campaign delivery, stakeholder coordination, and driving measurable sales impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy, Campaign & Commercial Execution

  • Plan and execute annual marketing plans and tactical campaigns for Engine Oil and LPG, aligned with overall brand and commercial strategy
  • Define and deliver product positioning, messaging, and value propositions to support product growth
  • Prepare campaign briefs, secure stakeholder alignment and approvals, and ensure timely communication prior to implementation
  • Coordinate end‑to‑end rollout of campaigns across service stations and workshops, including POSM deployment and on‑site materials
  • Support on‑ground activations and engagements to drive traffic, customer engagement, and sales performance
  • Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all commercial touchpoints
  • Monitor execution quality, timeliness, and on‑ground visibility
  • Track and analyse campaign performance, sales trends, and ROI
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify risks and opportunities
Stakeholder, Agency & Governance Management
  • Work closely with Commercial teams to ensure alignment and effective execution
  • Coordinate with agencies and vendors on POSM design, production, installation, and activation setup
  • Manage Engine Oil and LPG A&P budgets with strong financial discipline
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, governance requirements, and timely stakeholder communication
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in brand marketing, retail marketing, or campaign management; experience in commercial fuels or lubricants marketing is preferred
  • Proven hands‑on experience managing integrated campaigns, including POSM development and large‑scale on‑ground activations
  • Strong ability to link marketing initiatives to sales performance and commercial outcomes
  • Good understanding of POSM execution best practices
  • Strong stakeholder, coordination, and external partner management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment
  • Results‑oriented, detail‑focused, and execution‑driven with high governance standards
  • Strong cost discipline with experience managing and optimising OPEX
