Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily terminal operations, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and cost optimization.
  • Uphold high standards in safety, security, health, environmental protection, and product quality.
  • Oversee the receiving, handling, and storage of bulk petroleum products from refineries.
  • Ensure all quantity and quality specifications are strictly met in a timely manner.
  • Supervise the upkeep and maintenance of terminal facilities, delivery systems, and equipment.
  • Ensure sustainable operational reliability through preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Conduct regular safety briefings and enforce safety, health, and environmental programs for employees and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal operational standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, upgrade facilities, and enhance workforce capabilities.
  • Drive initiatives for productivity improvements and cost effectiveness.
  • Review and ensure accurate month-end inventory reconciliation.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or variances.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with refineries, regulatory authorities, contractors, service providers, retail teams, LPG dealers, and customers.
  • Ensure smooth coordination across all operational and external interfaces.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with strong academic achievement.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in petroleum or related plant operations, including exposure to safety and control systems.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and commitment to operational excellence.
  • Proven leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment.
  • Willingness to be based at Kuantan Terminal, Pahang.
