Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and execute corporate communication strategy involving internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Support company media management. Initiate, assist and oversee communication materials including but not limited to press releases, press kit, speeches, interviews, response to customers/stakeholders, talking points and fact sheets.
  3. Work with internal stakeholders to develop key messages to support an effective PR and/or media engagement plans.
  4. Prepare media monitoring updates, analysis and reporting on monthly, yearly and as an when required.
  5. Help manage issues and crisis communication for the Company. Become liaison officer to media during crisis management including preparation of holding statements. 
  6. Manage production of Annual Report and quarterly newsletter within the timeline.
  7. Plan and coordinate Annual General Meeting and development of supporting event materials such as presentation deck, script, statement, etc.
  8. Plan annual corporate communication activities and budget plan.


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Mass Communications or other relevant disciplines with CGPA >3.00
  2. Preferably 10 - 15 years' experience in communication role in listed companies.
  3. Experience in annual report writing and managing AGM is a must.
  4. Good oral and written communication skills with ability to conduct business presentations.
  5. Good interpersonal and people management skills for both lateral and upward interfaces in the company.
