Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Loyalty Campaign Coordinator to serve as the technical implementer of our loyalty engine. In this hands-on role, you will be the "Master User" of our Loyalty Management System (LMS), translating the Planner’s strategies into configured rules, automated workflows, and error-free campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. LMS Execution & Configuration
  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Comarch system; develop and manage complex business rules and campaign configurations.
  • Work with the Marketing Project Specialist team to implement technical requirements within the platform.
2. Campaign Orchestration & CRM
  • Build, schedule, and maintain automated CRM journeys (Email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp) for lifecycle events like birthdays and churn prevention.
  • Own segmentation strategies and channel selection to maximize engagement.
3. Optimization & Testing
  • Implement personalization and dynamic content setup to tailor communications based on driver behavior and fuel preferences.
  • Conduct A/B testing on messaging, timing, and offers to improve conversion rates.
4. Quality Assurance & Cost Control
  • Conduct rigorous UAT (User Acceptance Testing) before launch and monitor after launch to ensure zero critical errors.
  • Monitor campaign execution costs and manage the operational side of the P&L.

Ideal candidates should possess the following criteria/qualities
  • Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in campaign management, technical CRM operations, or loyalty system administration.
  • Deep expertise in operating a Loyalty Management System (LMS) platform i.e., Salesforce, Oracle, Adobe through implementation of journeys, segments and logic configuration.
  • Able to manage multiple overlapping campaigns and meet strict deadlines.
  • Have a customer-centric mindset and highly disciplined in pursuit of accuracy and zero-error execution.
  • Candidates with certifications from CRM Vendors will be highly considered.
