We are seeking a commercially driven Retail Brand Advisor to translate Petron Malaysia’s brand strategy into impactful, on‑ground marketing campaigns across our service station network. This role focuses on hands‑on retail execution, strong stakeholder coordination, and driving measurable sales results through disciplined campaign delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy, Campaign & Retail Execution
- Plan and execute retail marketing campaigns and tactical promotions aligned with overall marketing strategy
- Prepare campaign briefs, secure stakeholder alignment and approvals, and communicate rollout details to service stations
- Coordinate end‑to‑end campaign rollout, including POSM deployment and on‑site materials
- Support station‑level activations to drive traffic, engagement, and brand visibility
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all retail touchpoints
- Monitor on‑ground execution quality and campaign visibility
- Track campaign performance, sales trends, and ROI
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Work closely with Retail Sales to ensure effective site‑level execution
- Coordinate with agencies and vendors on POSM design, production, installation, and activations
- Manage marketing OPEX with strong cost discipline
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and governance requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline
- 3–5 years’ relevant experience in brand, retail, or trade marketing; fuel retail, FMCG, or multi‑site retail exposure preferred
- Hands‑on experience managing integrated campaigns, including POSM and large‑scale on‑ground activations
- Strong ability to link marketing activities to sales and commercial outcomes
- Good understanding of POSM execution best practices
- Strong stakeholder, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment
- Detail‑oriented, execution‑focused, and results‑driven
