Job summary:
We are seeking skilled Full Stack Developer to support our Loyalty Management System and drive seamless API integrations across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical thinking, experience in POD and payment systems and the ability to develop both web and mobile applications using native and cross-platform frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications.
• Build and integrate APIs with internal systems and third-party platforms (e.g., POS systems, payment gateways).
• Collaborate closely with system analysts, product owners and stakeholders to gather, analyse and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain robust backend services supported by SQL databases.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, delivering innovative and effective solutions.
• Contribute to the enhancement and optimization of the Loyalty Management System.
• Ensure system reliability, performance and security across all touchpoints.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to refine development processes and system architecture.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 4 years experience with proven experience in full stack development (front-end, back-end, database)
• Proficient in SQL technologies.
• Hands-on experience with POS and payment system integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, akin to a System Analyst.
• Experience in mobile app development (Flutter and native platforms).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Experience in fuel retail or payment industry is an advantage.
