Job summary:
We are seeking skilled Full Stack Developer to support our Loyalty Management System and drive seamless API integrations across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical thinking, experience in POD and payment systems and the ability to develop both web and mobile applications using native and cross-platform frameworks.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop and maintain scalable web and mobile applications.
Integrate APIs with internal and third-party systems (e.g. POS, payment gateways)
Collaborate with system analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements.
Develop robust backend services with SQL databases.
Troubleshoot, debug and deliver creative solutions to technical challenges.
Contribute to the development and optimization of the Loyalty Management System.
Ensure system reliability, performance and security across all touchpoints.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 4 years experience with proven experience in full stack development (front-end, back-end, database)
Proficient in SQL technologies.
Hands-on experience with POS and payment system integration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, akin to a System Analyst.
Experience in mobile app development (Flutter and native platforms).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
Experience in fuel retail or payment industry is an advantage.
